As Quoted from the Relic post that i made.
Trying to do a unique paint scheme for possibly the 7th Cadian Regiment or another Regiment possibly not known. Any Help would be great.
Well to sum it up i would greatly appreciate some input on this. The use of colours here is fairly well to be honest a little daunting. But I shall prevail with a little help from ya'll.
The question I have is for each individual pic. Which colors would be best to use and possibly blend. I'm kinda just reaching out i'm a bit of newb when it comes to GW paint variations. So I guess for each pic just list what you think would look best. I would greatly appreciate any idea's comments or thoughts.

The pants themselves could be done the same aswell. I I figured using the Tamiya German Field Grey for my base. I can either make the whole uniform a whole pea dot camo set or mix match. I figured i would mix and match making each model unique in its own right.

First of all, welcome to Adeptus Terra!
Colour schemes like this are very time consuming but if you feel you are up for the challenge and don't mind spending some time on your minis, you can get some great results.
Here is how I would do the first scheme using GW paints:
1. On a white undercoat, paint the whole area Commando Khaki.
![[image]](http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d166/RobinHat/1.jpg)
2. Paint large blotches of Camo Green randomly onto the fatigues, making sure that the khaki and green areas are roughly 50/50

3. Add smaller blotches of Dark Angels Green across the other colours, making sure that each blotch covers both a khaki and green area.

4. Add even smaller blotches of a 50/50 mix of Commando Khaki and Skull White to the fatigues like this:

5. Finally, grab an old toothbrush and apply each colour to it (one at a time of course) and 'flicker' paint onto the mini by pulling back the bristles and letting go. This creates an exellent effect a lot like the one on your pic.

Hope this helped. From this guide you should also be able to experiment with the other scheme you posted. If not, just ask.

You'd be surprised what a toothbrush means to the hobby. Good luck, and don't forget to post pictures.
