I was thinking of mechanising my Mordians now that I can't get the models any more.

How do these doctrines sound. Tactics would be - HQ, Platoon, Armoured Fist, Leman Russ' Tanks and Hellhounds.

1)Chimeras with Multi-lasers, Heavy Bolters, Heavy Stubbers (everything has 36" range!)
2) Either charge, pop smoke, disembark, then rapid fire the enemy to death.
3) Or hold back and blast the enemy as they spend 4-5 turns running towards the gun line.

Mechanised
Iron Discipline
Close Order drill (for when the horde reaches you and because it fits with the Mordian style)
Sharpshooters (If I can afford it)
Die-hards (Because I will be outnumbered by horde armies)
